Shipping Policy (Voltage Artware)

At Voltage Artware, we aim to deliver your order safely, securely, and on time. Please read the details below for shipping timelines, charges, and delivery terms.

1) Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • For made-to-order / customised pieces, processing time may be longer and will be communicated at the time of purchase.

2) Shipping Timelines

Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and product type:

  • Domestic : Estimated delivery in 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Remote / Non-metro areas: Estimated delivery in 5–10 business days after dispatch.

  • International: Estimated delivery in 7–15 business days after dispatch (depending on destination and customs).

Note: These are estimates and may be impacted by courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.

3) Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on order value, weight/size, and delivery location.

  • Any free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website during checkout or promotions.

4) Packaging & Handling

Voltage Artware products are packed with care to ensure safe transit. Fragile items are secured using protective materials. If your order includes multiple products, items may be shipped together or separately depending on packaging and availability.

5) Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via SMS/Email/WhatsApp (as shared at checkout). Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect in the courier system.

6) Delivery Attempts

  • Couriers generally make 2–3 delivery attempts.

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address/phone details or unavailability, the parcel may be returned to us. Re-shipping costs (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.

7) Address & Contact Details

Please ensure your shipping address, landmark, and phone number are accurate at checkout. Voltage Artware is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect/incomplete details provided by the customer.

8) International Shipping, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

  • Shipping rates may vary based on destination and package weight.

  • Customs duties, VAT, local taxes, or import charges (if applicable) are not included in product price and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Delivery timelines may extend due to customs processing.

9) Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos/videos of the outer packaging and the damaged product

  • Your order number

If a package is marked delivered but not received, contact us within 48 hours so we can escalate with the courier.
